　　1、操縱者必須熟悉設(shè)備的性能，遵守安全操縱規(guī)程，防止事故發(fā)生。

1. Operators must be familiar with the performance of the equipment, comply with safety operating procedures, and prevent accidents from occurring.

　　2、使用前必須認(rèn)真檢查設(shè)備的性能，確保各部件完好。設(shè)備的電源線路必須安全可靠，嚴(yán)禁私自亂拉。

2. Before use, the performance of the equipment must be carefully checked to ensure that all components are intact. The power supply line of the equipment must be safe and reliable, and unauthorized pulling is strictly prohibited.

　　3、加工的工件必須夾持牢靠，嚴(yán)禁不經(jīng)夾固就開機(jī)切割。切割時(shí)操縱者必須偏離砂輪片正面，并戴好防護(hù)眼鏡。

　　4、砂輪片調(diào)換安裝時(shí)應(yīng)裝夾平穩(wěn)牢固，防護(hù)罩必須安裝正確，裝夾后應(yīng)開機(jī)空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)檢查，不得有抖動(dòng)和異常噪聲。

6. If the equipment shakes or malfunctions, it should be immediately shut down for repair. It is strictly prohibited to work with defects. After processing, the power supply should be closed and the equipment and surrounding area should be cleaned and hygienic.

　　7、檢查鋸片是否鋒利，是否鎖緊，鋸片必須平整，鋸齒尖銳，不得連續(xù)缺齒兩個(gè)，不得有裂紋。不能使用鈍了齒的鋸片。用鈍了必須研磨復(fù)修后再使用。

7. Check if the saw blade is sharp and locked tightly. The saw blade must be flat, with sharp teeth and no continuous missing teeth or cracks. Do not use saw blades with dull teeth. If it becomes dull, it must be ground and repaired before use.

　　8、檢查鋸片旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，確保鋸片旋轉(zhuǎn)方向正確。不得使用變形或者損壞的鋸片。檢查導(dǎo)軌、齒條絲桿上是否有障礙物，并及時(shí)清理。

8. Check the rotation direction of the saw blade to ensure that it rotates in the correct direction. Do not use deformed or damaged saw blades. Check if there are any obstacles on the guide rail and rack screw, and clean them in a timely manner.
