1.將開齒穿條機(jī)設(shè)備的電源線接到車間內(nèi)380伏的空氣開關(guān)上，檢查電路接好

從左邊數(shù)，左邊的三根黑色的是380伏火線、左邊第四根黃色的是零線。通電后如果發(fā)現(xiàn)“刀盤上升”是反的，那么要將左邊的三根黑線任意交叉換一下。調(diào)整好電機(jī)的方向。

If it is found that the "cutter head rising" is reversed after power on, then the three black lines on the left should be crossed and replaced at will. Adjust the direction of the motor.

2.調(diào)整和安裝好兩面的托料平臺(tái)。

3.先放入一根型材，用手調(diào)整該機(jī)頭的左右移動(dòng)手輪，將“導(dǎo)向定位塊”調(diào)整到機(jī)器出條槽口和鋁型材穿條槽口一致;如需要上下調(diào)整則按動(dòng)“刀盤上升”和“刀盤下降”來調(diào)整機(jī)頭的高度。

4.再放入上面的兩根開好齒的鋁型材，調(diào)整后面托料架子上的“定位板”，頂住鋁型材。

5.用人工將隔熱條順導(dǎo)向槽口送入鋁型材槽口內(nèi)一點(diǎn)。

6.踩下設(shè)備上的腳踏開關(guān)，齒刀加壓轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，將隔熱條高速送入鋁型材槽口，穿條完畢后，松開腳踏開關(guān)。

7.重復(fù)以上步驟，加工下一根鋁型材。
