　　1、操作者必須熟悉設(shè)備性能和安全規(guī)范操作方法。認(rèn)識所需穿條型材大小面及相對應(yīng)規(guī)格的隔熱條。

1. The operator must be familiar with equipment performance and safety regulations and operating methods. Understand the required size, surface, and corresponding specifications of insulation strips for threading profiles.

　　2、工作前應(yīng)先檢查電源和氣路情況，和自動運(yùn)行速度及三刀前后水平。

2. Before starting work, it is necessary to check the power and air circuit conditions, as well as the automatic operating speed and the level before and after the three knives.

　　3、檢查所需穿條型材有無變形，掉漆，劃傷，色差等缺陷，無問題后穿上對應(yīng)隔熱條。

3. Check if there are any defects such as deformation, paint peeling, scratches, color difference, etc. on the required threading profile. If there are no problems, wear the corresponding insulation strip.

　　4、首先需根據(jù)型材需壓條位置調(diào)節(jié)刀具高度和上下距離，固定擱料升降輪。刀具調(diào)到正好與穿隔熱條槽口水平，轉(zhuǎn)動三個刀具壓力輪，壓緊型材。力度合適后固定緊。調(diào)節(jié)固定上面的三個輪，剛好貼上型材上面固定緊之后，試壓一支料。

4. Firstly, it is necessary to adjust the height and distance of the cutting tool according to the position of the profile pressing bar, and fix the material lifting wheel. Adjust the cutting tool to be exactly level with the groove of the insulation strip, rotate three cutting tool pressure wheels, and press the profile tightly. Fix tightly after the appropriate force is applied. Adjust and fix the three wheels on top, just press them tightly onto the profile, and then test a piece of material.

　　5、所壓好的型材必須是直的，抖動不變形，型材內(nèi)腔完好。隔熱條無破損，型材無破損。

　　6、機(jī)器運(yùn)行時，操作者不得穿插機(jī)器前后，需調(diào)節(jié)必須停止運(yùn)行才可穿行。

6. When the machine is running, the operator must not cross between the front and back of the machine, and must adjust to stop running before passing through.

　　7、手動調(diào)節(jié)試壓好后才可自動批量工作，并時常檢查所壓型材是否符合工藝要求。

7. After manually adjusting the pressure test, it can automatically work in batches and regularly check whether the pressed profiles meet the process requirements.

　　8、長時間離崗需關(guān)掉電源，運(yùn)行發(fā)現(xiàn)故障問題必須停止工作，上報主管。

8. If leaving work for a long time, the power should be turned off. If any problems are found during operation, work must be stopped and reported to the supervisor.

　　9、設(shè)備每星期保養(yǎng)一次，加注潤滑油，檢查配套零件有無松動。

　　10、下班做好設(shè)備及周邊衛(wèi)生，關(guān)掉電源。
